The 3 mindset shifts that have kept me going in times where any sane person would’ve thrown the towel in the ring…

1️⃣ STOP BEING A DICK. IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU! This glorious piece of advice I once received for my coach at the time. It was a game changer..for me, my business, my clients. So much so that I created a whole strategy around it which I’ll share in my next solo episode so stay tuned…
But I digress, this one sentence has helped me get back in the game when all odds seemed against me. At times when I just thought I couldn’t anymore. Why is the so powerful? Because, when you remember why you’re doing what you’re doing. Who you’re actually doing it for and the ripple effect of awesomeness that creates and sends into the world….then suddenly it’s a lot easier to get out of your own way. For them.

2️⃣ YOUR GOALS AREN’T YOUR GOALS. When I stopped chasing cookie cutter, top level goals as a measure of success everything changed. And ironically, the goals I once so desperately held on to all ended happening anyway…it just didn’t matter as much anymore. I swapped means goals (money, travel, car etc) for end goals (feeling accomplished, safe, joyful)
Because the car was never about the actual car right? It made me feel a certain way. It spoke to a core need. So, I skipped the goal, aimed straight for the feeling and baddabing baddaboom, you’ve just hacked your life.

3️⃣ IT JUST IS. Ok, this one is a bit trickier to stick to all the time but when I do, damn does life and business feel a lot easier!
It’s basically a reminder that nothing has meaning until we assign meaning to it.
Lost that client? Bad news right? Well…maybe it is? Maybe it isn’t? Who knows? I trust. Next thing you know that client you were so sad about losing goes bankrupt and leaves their creditors in huge debts…Good news for you right? Maybe it is? Etc etc
Practicing this level of non attachment of meaning and leaning into trust. Trust that it will all work out but mostly, trust that YOU have exactly what it takes to navigate whatever comes your way. Is a radical game changer.
